I’ve realized something quite fundamental over the past couple of yours…
You can read all the motivational content you can get you hands on. You can listen to every podcast featuring your favorite life coach or guru. You can log 30 minutes/day with your meditation app of choice. You can attend every conference, retreat or seminar.
BUT… unless you’re asking yourself the right questions, you’re not going to find the answers you’re looking for.
Pushing yourself to ask the tough questions is the key to finding self awareness in your life and self awareness is king when it comes to becoming the confident, passionate, driven person you’re capable of being.
All those articles, podcasts, events and meditating is great, don’t get me wrong. But unless they move you to sit down and ask yourself deep questions… you’re missing a huge opportunity in life to find self awareness.
So, I created a 60 day journal aimed at specifically asking you questions designed to help you find self awareness in your life.
Yes! A journal!
I know there are a lot of journals for sale these days. They each claim to be able to change your life, help you crush your goals, be more productive and happier. But I’ve yet to find a journal that is effective at pushing me to ask myself the right questions. They are either empty pages expecting me to fill them in or too guided – with checklists, calendars and crowded instructions.
I’ve always wanted a journal that was the perfect mix of guided and unguided prompts and that wasn’t focused on checklists, goal setting or felt like a diary.
So! I created the New Mindset Journal – designed to transform how you think, act and feel in 60 days by providing you with simple questions and prompts.
This is not a daily planner, a goal setting checklist, or a productivity journal.
This is a journal designed to make you more self aware.
The New Mindset Journal breaks down the barriers between you and your authentic-self by providing a series of simple, 10-minute journal prompts that guide you on a path to self-discovery in only 60 days.
By asking questions you likely aren’t asking yourself, you can discover the answers you want and need in your life.
I designed the journal to consist of exactly 60 days (the right amount of time for your newly found sense of clarity to stick), and during that time I’m confident you’ll discover what motivates and inspires you, overcome your insecurities, gain clarity on the path that is right for you and learn to approach every day with optimism.
It only takes 10 minutes per day, can be done any time and is the perfect mix of prompted and unprompted journaling.
Check out the journal here and you’ll find yourself saying “new mindset, who dis?”
